I have used this product for years and I am … I have used this product for years and I am noticing what others have stated, my last purchase is off! The cream is a tan color and smells slightly different from previous purchases. I am using it because the packaging appeared to be legit but the cream is not as rich and is off in color, maybe it was mixed with something else because the smell resembles the normal product. I have not had and adverse reactions or noticed any difference in my skin but I don’t think I will be buying from here again.
Strong Odor So disappointed–been using HA5 and loved it, so thought this would be a nice complement for night time skin care. While the package was sealed, the color of the cream was very odd–almost yellow tinged. It also had a strong unpleasant odor. The final straw was that my face broke out in a rash after the second day of using it. Will be returning this one.
Consistency of product? Product was only filled to about 50-60%. Small amount was leaking out of box. I did enquire about this, and they said this was fine or normal.But I just ordered another jar from another vendor and this time the jar was filled right to the top and this one was sealed better. But it seemed to be overfilled. The product both looked the same and hydrates skin well. I just don’t understand why different jars have different amounts in them. Seems odd if direct from manufacturer.
